Roevin Recruitment is looking on behalf of the client to appoint a successful Administrator / Customer Service Advisor

START 01/08/2019 - 28/08/2019 (4 WEEK ASSIGNMENT)
BASED : Caerphilly
WORKING HOURS MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9AM - 5PM
2 STAGE INTERVIEW; TELEPHONE & F2F INTERVIEW

Short term vacancy within the UK IT Service Desk

The client is not looking for a candidate with IT support experience but a person with telephony / customer service experience, ideally within in a call centre / contact centre, that can provide :

- Telephony support for Service Desk calls (good telephone manner required)

- Ability to follow processes and document activities

- Practical approach / basic problem solving
